Can I cancel a Cash App transaction?


You can cancel only pending Cash App payment with the help of the below-mentioned steps. 

 

  • Sign in to the Cash App wallet.
  • Now look at the right-lower corner to find the "Activity" tab ( a watch type icon).
  • Activity tab will lead you to your recent payments. 
  • Scroll down and up to find the pending payment. 
  • Select the payment and then press the "Cancel" button. 
  • Upon successful cancellation of your payment, money will not deduct from your wallet or bank account. 




How to get a refund if I accidentally sent my money to someone on Cash App? 


This is a worst situation that no one ever would like to face. The harsh truth is that in such a case, users are left with very few options. To get back your money you have two options. One is to send a request for a refund. Secondly, you can contact the Cash App support. So, let's understand how to request a refund on Cash App after accidentally sending money to someone.

 

  • Sign in to the Cash App wallet.
  • Glance down at the right-lower corner to find the "Activity" tab.
  • Activity tab will get you to the recent payments section.
  • Look out for the wrong transfer and select it. 
  • The next moment you will get a "Refund" button. 
  • Press the refund tab to send a request. 
  • Now wait to see whether you get your money back or not.
